With a view of creating illustrations on carriers, we hold the following technologies:
- Making appliqués on heat-resisting color materials.
- Color printing on heat-resisting materials with a further transferring of an image to fabric.
- Direct color high-quality printing on fabric.
Cloth appliqués
 In case of an appliqué, an image applied to the carrier is made up with separate parts cut from heat-resisting materials of different color. With this aim in view, an experimental image model is divided into separate fragments, with cutters producing each fragment of required color from heat-resisting materials. These fragments are put together thereafter according to an original image. As a rule, heat-resisting materials used for appliqués are thick enough to make the image embossed. Materials used for the appliqués can accept standard colors, also gold and silver or similar.
Color printing on heat-resisting materials
When applying the technology of color printing on heat-resisting materials, color printers are used as part of standard printing technology. There are actually no restrictions on quality and complexity of a graphic drawing transferred to fabric involving this technology. Before being transferred to the carrier, the printed image may also undergo contour cutting using a cutting plotter.
Direct printing on textiles
 In recent years, attention has become increasingly focused on using digital direct-to-textile printing technologies in the textile decoration industry. Undisputable technological operation efficiency makes it possible to position digital direct-to-textile printing as a real finding for operational, custom-made, short-run and individualized printing. We can print images as large as 41x50 cm with resolutions as high as 2880x1440 dpi on T-shirts and other textiles with an option of printing white underlay under the image. Printing is also possible on peaks of caps, jeans, shorts and children’s T-shirts, using different special desks.  There is an additional option of printing on non-textiles including mouse pads, computer keyboards, ceramic tiles, golf and tennis balls, etc.
Heat-fixing image on fabric
 Given a direct-to-fabric printing technology, dye and heat-resisting materials are fixed on a carrier by heat presses slated for using a variety of heat-resisting materials and fabric.
Additional advantages
There is also a likelihood of combining two technologies for creating an image on a carrier – color printing on heat-resisting materials and applications made from color heat-resisting materials. This move is considerably increasing options for product design. |

После того, как Вы утвердите дизайн Вашего изображения, мы подготовим файлы для печати на широкоформатном принтере и создадим необходимые файлы для режущего плоттера.
Заказ и доставка необходимых материалов
Вы можете не утруждать себя поиском поставщиков необходимых расходных материалов и поставщиков необходимых носителей. Эту работу мы возьмём на себя, несомненно, согласуя все этапы заказа расходных материалов с Вами. Все заказанные компоненты мы доставим самостоятельно собственным транспортом.
Цветная печать на широкоформатном принтере и резка на широкоформатном каттере
Использование широкоформатного оборудования позволяет более экономно расходовать материалы при крупных заказах, снижая конечную стоимость продукции. Также использование широкоформатного оборудования снижает время исполнения заказа.
Использование термопрессов
С помощью имеющихся у нас термопресов, контролирующих температуру и время термозакрепления, мы перенесём Ваш рисунок на Ваши носители.
Доставка готовой продукции
Используя собственный автотранспорт, мы поможем Вам своевременно доставить готовую продукцию к месту её распространения или реализации.
